No. The FR facilities are meant for public events/openings, internal teambuilding or private events by volunteers.
Are there any indoor bike parking places in Olof?
There is an indoor garage for bikes at Motgången 303, but it is only accessible for Motgången residents. There is also a bike storage for Omgången Residents, in the car parking garage when entering from Olofshöjdsgatan.
Are there any carts available to borrow when moving big stuff into/out of my apartment?
Yes, there is an unlocked cart next to the cafe Olof entrance available for the tenants to move for example bulky furniture.
I want to get my car into the Olofshöjd area for moving in/out. When are the car gates into Olofshöjd open?
The car gates are open the last and first 3 days of every month.
Do the rooms in Olofshöjd have a router? Where can I find a router for my room?
No, routers for the apartments are not supplied by SGS. But sometimes, if you’re lucky, the previous tenant leaves their router in the free shop. If you want to find a router for your room, you can try asking in the Olofshöjd’s community marketplace whatsapp group, or the Olofshöjd Facebook group.
Where can I repair my bike?
In the Mechanical Workshop you can repair your bicycle among other things. If you cannot wait for the next opening of the Workshop there are many bike repair shops around Gothenburg.
Are there any storage rooms/lockers in Olofshöjd to keep stuff that I don’t want to have in my apartment?
All apartments in Olofshöjd have a small storage area connected to them, if you live in a room with a shared kitchen, then it is a bit smaller, and if you live in an apartment with your own kitchen, you will have a larger storage area. You can usually find them in the basement of the stairwell of your entrance, but they can also be found in other entrances/buildings. Contact SGS if you can’t find your storage area. There are no lockers in Olofshöjd.
